How much does it cost to rent an apartment in Tbilisi?
A typical apartment in Tbilisi rents for about $650 a month. In residential districts such as Varketili, Gldani and Vazisubani it is about $500, in Saburtalo about $800, and in Vake from $1,200. We will send the exact range for your request together with the apartments.
Can I rent an apartment in Tbilisi without speaking Georgian?
Yes. We speak English and Russian, and our lease agreement is available in English and Russian, so you won't need a translator.
How can a foreigner buy an apartment in Tbilisi?

For how long can I rent?
We find apartments for rent from 6 months. Most owners rent out for a year, so if you are ready to stay for a year, tick both options in your request, “6 months” and “A year or more”: you will get many times more matching apartments.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is most often asked for if you have small children or pets, but some owners ask for one anyway. We will agree the deposit amount and refund terms with the owner in advance, and they will be written into the agreement.

Any district of Tbilisi and its suburbs, wherever you want. Tick one or more districts in your request or choose “Any”.
What if nothing suits me?

Why doesn't the countdown start at night?
We call every owner to check that the apartment is available. Calls are possible from 10:00 to 21:30, so requests left at night or early in the morning are processed from 10:00, and the 30 minutes count from then
